YOU WILL determine the rules under which such broadcasting will take place: who may or may not participate in the broadcast, whether the broadcast should be paid (commercial service) or free-to-air, the payment rate, the duration of the broadcast, and whether the broadcast should be live or pre-recorded (archived) information to be offered as an option to prospective listeners/subscribed customers.
