Resource Tools - a set of command-line utilities for performing various operations over resources stored in PE32 PE32+ and RES files and .NET assemblies. Inserts replaces and deletes resources. Reduces the size of the Delphi/C++Builder file by removing the unused resources relocation table and debug information. Changes the language in Win32 resources as well as the System.Reflection.NeutralResourcesLanguageAttribute attribute in .NET assemblies. Edits resource version autoincrements version number. Extracts information on classes from Delphi/C++Builder files and .NET assemblies to CSV TXT or xml files. Supports PE files with the resources section being not the last one. Automatically creates the resources section if it is missing in the PE file. Edits .NET assemblies without .NET framework and .NET SDK.
