Garble Marvel synthetically generates a random sequence of voice-like utterances. You will likely find many creative uses for its output. Note that Garble Marvel fundamentally differs from the effects previously mentioned in that those effects require a sample of singing/speech as a carrier for the effect but Garble Marvel''s output is completely computer-generated. The user can control various parameters such as sequence duration number of voice segments in the sequence frequency range of segments minimum segment size and shape of the amplitude envelope on each segment.
