Say Pad is a keyboard driven talking text editor. Most of the controls are similar to any notepad. There are minor differences. You might explore the menu options to get a feel for the various controls. A few noteworthy differences are the following. It has some audio commands, such as hear block, and line read, and can read to you like a story. It lets you set the start and end of the selection block but if you move your position while the shift key is down, it will make the new block to be what you have just painted. Both the program main text storage and the copy buffer are made of a collection of strings, so I know of no upper limit to how much text it can hold. You can control how it automatically handles spacing when you cut and paste by using the auto spacing feature of the menu. If you want to hear something spelled out, turn on spelling. The newer version of it can record text into MP3 file sets for burning MP3 CDs.
