SecureOutlook enforces logging on, in to Outlook Express. Instead of the last user coming up, you are forced to select your login details. SecureOutlook erases the last know user to log in, when it is launched and then launches Outlook Express. It also does this when you exit Outlook Express, so if the someone tries to launch Outlook Express the log in box still appears.
