The RussAcc program is aimed to speak texts create audiobooks (in wav mp3 amr or vmo formats) and setting accents in Russian texts. With RussAcc you can read or listen to books (and rest your eyes) write them to mp3 players and other gadgets as sound files and listen to books anywhere. RussAcc can help you to use your time (in car train airport and so on) more rationally. You can listen to foreign texts while studying languages. Also RussAcc can be used as a simple text editor. Highlights current piece of text by color. Has an option to shutdown or hibernate PC after sound file recording. There are 16 recent files and folders under File menu. And "RusAk" is one of the names of hare too (a type of rabbit) and it is known that the hare is quick and even that a trained hare can quickly strike thump a drum. In Russian accent stress and impact are similar words (''udarenie'' and ''udar''). RussAcc can quickly set accents.
