WarSoul - medieval turnbased strategic game with elements of arcade.Three warlords : the leader of knights - crusaders prince Boemund of Tarent, Russian prince Vladimir the Red Sun and the leader of nomads - khan Tahtamysh - struggle for possession of Holy Land . Conquest of the Holy Land consists in capture of its cities , their defense from other conquerors , battles with armies of marauders and other conquerors , final goal of the game - capture of heart of the Holy Land - Jerusalem. Game process is developed on two maps: strategic and tactical. On a strategic map the player moves his army across the Holy Land (when player moving on one square the other players move simultaneously - the element of arcade consists in it), gathers army (26 kinds of units with their own parameters and abilities), fortifying cities. On a tactical map there are field battles and storms of cities in turnbased mode. Each time at start of new game it is created a random strategic map, with new location of seas, mountains, forests, cities, armies and other objects what makes interesting to play the game again and again.
