The Demon Hunter is one of the five playable classes in Diablo 3 whose primary specializations involve the usage of bows and crossbows augmented by other an array of ranged attacks traps that could deal various debilitating effects and even a number of melee skills. Resource Demon Hunters are the only ones with a dual resource system which are Discipline and Hatred. Discipline shown as the blue portion of orb is a determinant resource for the Demon Hunter''s more defensive maneuvers and a number of her traps and can be attributed to the Demon Hunter''s preparedness and precision. Hatred on the other hand is a blind drive therefore fueling her offensive skills. Class-Exclusive Items These include: Quivers Hand Crossbows and Cloaks. These items with the exception of Quivers endow the Demon Hunter with a more appropriate visual flavor. Skills Demon Hunter skills are subdivided to 7 groups which are: Primary Secondary Defensive Hunting Archery Devices and Passives. Primary Skills generate Hatred Secondary Archery and Devices Skills consume Hatred Defensive and Hunting skills consume Discipline. Passive Skills give various bonuses to the Demon Hunter like additional stats. Demon Hunter Play Demon Hunters are adept in dealing massive amounts of damage with their ranged weapons dealing blow after painful blow relentlessly as long as the range is maintained. With traps that could disable many opponents at once they have a good survivability rate when played wisely even when you''re alone. When playing as solo always make good use of traps. Caltrops is the most useful skill when slowing multiple enemies at the same time which gives her more convenience in taking them down. When used efficiently an undesirable encounter with the enemies will become a massacre--with the Demon Hunter running the show of course. In a party environment the Demon Hunter is even much easier to play since mostly you just need to focus in dealing tons of damage bursts.
