L.A. Noire is a crime solving video game set in the city of Los Angeles in the year 1947. It was published for the PC and consoles by Rockstar Games. You play the role of an LA police officer who is a detective trying to solve a range of big cases across different departments. In your role as a detective you investigate major crime scenes for vital clues follow up leads and interrogate potential suspects. The game also deals with the themes of of drugs money bribery corruption alcohol racism and gambling. In September 2011 published Rockstar Games announced a newer PC and console version of L.A. Noire called The Complete Edition. This updated release contains the full version of the game and all the downloadable content including new cases outfits and weapons.
