The program add sound effects to all keyboard buttons (Esc, Tab, Ctrl,...) in any applications as like as ICQ. The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar. You can turn on/off sounding by double click on the icon. There is a local volume control that allows you to change the volume level of the sound irrespective of the system settings.
