The windows application lets you easily report and search customer contact information. The web based interface will allow you to restrict staff members, if you like, so that some CSRs have add-only ability while others can be allowed to edit and delete contact information. The windows application is multiuser capable at no additional per users charges. This program may be just what you need if you are looking for a simple way to keep track of customer support issues.
